I am looking for a Help Desk Software which allow you to create user groups or to mark/categorize specific users in some way. Also the admin should be able to ban specific users/e-mails (not user groups) for a specific period of time.
Another way to do so would be to add a comment related to an specific user/client/e-mail so any staff member would easily find it before/while reviewing the ticket.
Any software that you can find it suitable?
PS: Must be a software tha can be run in our own server (not just a SaaS service)
