What's the best way for a Web Design agency to manage their boards?
Right now I have a department board (design team) setup where I can see all of one teams cards.
We are debating adding a board per client
OR
Using a board for each PM with client/lists that designers move their cards to when they have completed a task
Ideally we need a way for the Project Managers and Designers to have boards of their own.
Any direction here would be greatly appreciated.
