Is there any website than can perform an upload/download speed test benchmark that will work on a computer that does not have java or flash installed? I have searched extensively and I have not found any sites that do not require either downloading and installing something, or having something other than vanilla IE installed. |

I found this after a quick google search: http://www.pcpitstop.com/internet/Bandwidth.asp I didn't find any upload test in english, I do know this one: http://www.speedtest.nl/TestSuite/TestController.asp I don't know what version of IE you are using (I don't think it will work on IE8) but you might be interested in a HTML5 bandwidth test like http://testmy.net/ EDIT: testmy.net works in IE8 which is the standard IE version on Win7 |
