Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

When using the local account he was using a generic user account created for the department he was employed in. Since the domain migration we have now switched him to his own user account using his actual name. The migration was simple and moving his data files and contact files was easy. However, the user seriously had about 150 rules created in his outlook and none of them have been running correctly since the move.

I have gone into each of those rules and de-selected "this computer only" as it was listed as saying "other computer" in the rules log. I have applied these rules once I finished with them one by one, then selected all and ran the rules again.

The emails he was once getting that were being redirected to these other user created folders are not going to these folders any longer, they keep ending up in his inbox.

How can this be resolved without clearing his rules and remaking them?
