Adding all domain members to everyone's GTalk in Apps for Business?

Is there a way to configure GTalk in Google Apps for Business so that all members of a domain immediately can chat with everyone without each person having to individually send invites to everyone else?

There is no way to automatically add everyone in your domain to your chat list.

However, your Apps administrator can enable a setting to automatically accept invitations to add another user as a chat contact within the same domain. This means that instead of everyone having to manually accept chat invitations, all you would need to do is:

• Enter the username in your chat widget on Gmail
• Hover over to "Invite to Chat"
• The user will automatically appear in your chat list and you can begin chatting
