I have an excel file containing around 150 local mobile numbers. I have to send the same SMS to all of them. I want a web app which can upload the Excel file, abstract the numbers from them and send the same message to all of them.

Currently, what I do is SMS them all individually from my mobile phone which is very time consuming.
