I'm trying to figure out how to post a userscript that I've made (a simple one that just changes some styles for a particular plugin), so that others can use it via greasemonkey, tampermonkey, etc., but for the life of me cannot figure out how this is done. Does one need a special account or am I just not seeing the submission page?
