Is there a webapp for posting talks/lectures with audio and synchronized slides?

Perhaps something that makes it easy to flip between the slide and video of the speaker?

I know slideshare is useful for posting slides, but I don't think they allow video / audio.

Not throwing this in an answer, but wouldn't a youtube video with a voiceover of a slideshare do the trick? For that matter vimeo, etc? – Dez Oct 19 '12 at 4:28
