I've had this problem several times, when I receive a forwarded email but I don't see any pictures in that email, they display blank square instead. Is there anyway to solve this problem ?

I'm not sure this is a problem with your Gmail as much as the mail client the email was forwarded from.

You can try it out - try forwarding yourself an email that contains images. If you're using a rich text editor in your mail client they should come through fine.

my colleagues forward another email and it works. I'm sure that I have turned on images in Gmail and I don't use any other email clients – Vdt Oct 19 '12 at 13:01
