I am developing a rails business application but I am pretty bad with CSS and layout designs. I am spending alot of time to learn and design the layout for the presentation of content/deals on the web side. Is there a way to generate html layouts and css ? or any open source web template sites where I can get simple templates ?. I google around but got lots of links with extremely complex layouts and css.
