Can anyone recommend a hosted wiki that has the following features?
- Hosted,
- WYSIWYG editing,
- <500 MB content hosting,
- multiple user accounts (<20; concurrent read/write not necessary),
- private, i.e. content can only be seen with user access, and
- ideally, free (although willing to pay less than < $100 pa).
