Is it allowed by Facebook terms for ads that a Facebook game developer sell banner space inside the canvas of the application itself ----- without using the companies appear on the list?
Are these terms (Facebook terms for ads) apply only to canvas Facebook applications, or also to external website connected to Facebook?
