I've developed a system which presents slides with a voice over and then links to a URL that is specified in the URL calling the slides, as in

SlideSpeech plays, then opens webapps.stackexchange

or, reusing the same presentation but with a different desitnation

SlideSpeech plays, then opens Google

Is this the best way to achieve this result?
