When I post a status update the normal manual way, it has this layout:

When I use RSS Grafitti the layout changes and looks like this: Facebook layout of automatic status update through RSS Graffiti

  1. Is it possible to post a status update using any service or tool which uses the Facebook API that looks identical to a manual status update?
  2. If it is: Could you name any tool/service which has that functionality? It could be a social network application which makes it possible to most to Facebook, Twitter etc simulatenously, or something which retrives information from another source like RSS Grafitti does.
