Locked Facebook account, Wrong Number to retrieve Security code,

Question

I got locked out of my account and now need to unlock it. I need to enter a security code but the phone number it gets sent to is invalid/old.

How can I change the number when I have no access to the account and I need to change the phone number on there?

I have tried the "forgot password" option, but it still didn't work.
