I forgot my Swype code and too many wrong attempts were tried and now the only way to access my phone is to login using the Google account username and password.

Only thing is I can't remember what I set them as because I also have another email account with yahoo and Facebook.

What can I do?

I did that once, with my Gmail account. There was a form that Google had, where they asked different questions to establish my ownership of my account. I don't have a phone, so I can't check for a similar form for you for a phone, but that would be a place to start. – Feral Oink Nov 24 '12 at 16:16

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

If you know recovery email address you provided when creating your Google account? Then you can get it from this Google Support page. There select I forgot my username then select Yes then you will get link to Gmail username-recovery page. Click on that enter your recovery email address. You will get a mail with all your usernames associated with that mail.
