I need a very simple solution to share and update a private FAQ list online, allowing other correspondents to make questions. My first thoughts: a google document or a tiddlewiki file. I wonder if there is something more suitable for a FAQ, without the need to drag in some advanced service such as uservoice or zendesk.

As it currently stands, this question is not a good fit for our Q&A format. We expect answers to be supported by facts, references, or specific expertise, but this question will likely solicit debate, arguments, polling, or extended discussion. If you feel that this question can be improved and possibly reopened, see the FAQ for guidance.
Google Docs would be one option. You can make a Google document visible (and editable) by other people, as explained here. You can also set per-user access and editing permissions for Google Docs.
