How to Create a Dynamic SubTables Based On Data From Another Sheet? (Google Spreadsheet)

Question

I'm wondering if there is a way to create a sheet with dynamic subtables based on data from another sheet in google spreadsheets?

Each student will use a form to enter data to sheet: "Entries" like below:

How can I make the data in "Weekly Calendar" dynamic based on "Entries" semi-automatically(with a menu button) like below?

1. Students fill the form (I can create the form)
2. I click to menu entry "Sort Entries" to update the "Weekly Calendar" sheet. (I can create the menu entry and map it to necessary code)

I'm not a programmer. I'm using form e-mailers and ready-to-use codes. I have googled for this for hours but still no luck :(

Is it possible?
