Several days ago somebody steal my account (from mail.ru), after that they are steal my premium EA account and several accounts for different MMORPG. fortunately I restore access to all accounts, but it was really difficult and require a lot of time. Surprisingly, to restore accounts I was need to save or remember very specific information.

So, is there are any web services which help me to know which information i need to be know to restore \ protect my account? Maybe there are any application or web services which help me to manage different accounts securely?

I use different passwords. Many accounts was registered on my-email-account@mail.ru and they (who stolen my account) restore passwords for that acconts and change credentials. – Vadim Dec 10 '12 at 4:20

You can use LastPass (cross-platform app + webservice).

LastPass puts all of your individual passwords behind one master password. When you type in that master password, LastPass can then automatically log you in to any web site you visit with saved login credentials.

Really, interesting, thank you! But ... generate LastPass good passwords or it just save my own? Really, my password was not really simple, it was long enough and not based on vocabulary. So, how LastPass help me if my account will be stolen? – Vadim Dec 10 '12 at 9:48
It can either save existing ones or generate new ones. It helps to manage your different accounts in your daily routine (automatic logging), and the day you need to change passes, you have all infos (passwords+notes) in a single place so it speeds up the process. – kraymer Dec 10 '12 at 9:56
