Is there a 3rd party tool or a way of pulling "inactive installs" number of users data for any given Facebook App? (For research purposes only.)

I am aware that, as a developer of a Facebook app, you can extract this on the platform through Insights, but only for your App of course.

I doubt this data is public, because it could potentially be used by the competition in negative ways, so I’m inclined to say no, but I don’t know for sure, so I won’t post it as an answer. – Alex Dec 22 '12 at 15:30
