What online services are out there that allow to recognize music from PC, and not mobile application?

I'm looking for those services which can:

  • record a piece of music from microphone
  • grab what user hears
  • load a pre-recorded audio file

Try http://www.midomi.com/, you can even sing or hum a song instead of playing it. Since they are advertising SoundHound for iOS and Android, I guess that this is basically the same service.
