Here's how it works:
  1. Anybody can ask a question
  2. Anybody can answer
  3. The best answers are voted up and rise to the top

We are 7 people answering questions on a 20 messages/day Google Group.
We try to resolve all problems.

How to make sure no question is left behind?
Also, if it could allow us to focus on non-yet-answered questions, that would be great!

We can not use the number of thread replies, because some messages are not questions, and some thread contain replies but are not answered yet.

Does Google Group offer this kind of feature?
The "Star" feature of Google Groups could be used for this purpose, but unfortunately there is no way to share staring data between all moderators.
A third-party solution could be acceptable if it integrates well with the Google Groups UI and the Gmail UI.
