Your app isn't working for me on my Mac or Windows Firefox browser.

Tech Support

Let me investigate the Windows Firefox issue. But we currently don't support Mac Firefox.

Does this make any sense?
I wasn't aware of major differences between Mac and Windows FF. Are there?

They probably just mean that they are not able to test Mac Firefox and do not have the ability to help you diagnose any Mac-specific issues that you may encounter (not that there would be any). – mark4o Jan 18 at 19:54
