I have been searching for a leave management system that allows employees to request adding time, not just taking time. Our employees work a lot of extra TOIL hours and we need to let them request to add this time and ideally would like the system to add the hours when the manager approves. Does this type of thing exist anywhere, or just pie in the sky?
