Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Some FM radio stations offer free online streams in formats like m3u, so you can listen to them in your mp3 player (like winamp).

Is there any site that lists direct links to such streams for all FM radio stations world wide? (real FM stations, not online-only internet stations)

I am interested primarily in links to m3u format streams (or any other that can be played in winamp), not in links to flash players built into radio sites.

TheStreamCenter was built primarily for this purpose. It's described as "A searchable directory of US radio stations webcasting live on the net"

Click a state on top and you will see the radio stations and which formats they support.

Yep, that's a good one, thanks. Only if it would be world wide list, not US only. –  serg555 Jul 17 '10 at 18:09

Then you would need a listing not a web app live-radio.net/worldwide.shtml –  phwd Jul 17 '10 at 19:09
