Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I created a Google Form and I have been tweaking the Responses spreadsheet to automatically formulate some statistics (you have seen this in my previous question).

Now, the spreadsheet has a weird behavior (only today). Any new entry is not posted in the rows after the Answer Key row, so 2, 3, 4, and so on. Rather they are pasted in a newly created row at row 93. So as a result the statistics are not even created (in the new row there are no formulas after all).

Therefore I've been wondering: why does it create a new row pasting there the results ignoring more than 90 rows?

I've investigated and I found two things:

  1. Around that part you can see there is a line darker than the other ones. That line forms a border with the upper part of the spreadsheet:

    enter image description here

  2. Further more I have noticed that if I select any cell above that line, the filter icon will be on, if I select any below that line, the filter icon will be disabled:

On = enter image description here Off = enter image description here

What is happening?
