I'd like to know a quick, easy way to set up a shared calendar that can import free/busy information from the Google calendars of the members of a small team, so that we can easily find a time when everyone is free just by looking at the calendar (rather than using something like when2meet for a single meeting).

I believe this is possible within Google calendar, but I was wondering/hoping if there was an easier way.

Not sure I understand your question - Why don't you just subscribe to your co-workers' calendars, so you can see them all in your own calendar? – Vidar S. Ramdal Mar 1 '13 at 11:02
@VidarS.Ramdal, because then each pair of people need to share calendars with one another, so for n people that's n(n-1) = n^2-n operations vs. just n. It's not actually that important for small teams, but I was wondering if there was some webapp that does this elegantly. – Will Mar 2 '13 at 1:20
