I need an Facebook account for university programming project. Account has been created for physical real person, unfortunately it seems that Facebook put restriction on it. Account has been confirmed by e-mail code.
It is not possible to create new posts on other users' walls (even by hand), despite that I have "public" publishing option enabled. I am 100% sure that it is not connected with bad privacy settings. I have checked it several times.
Do you know about something additional conditions, which are required to publish "public" posts on other person wall in Facebook?
