For quite some time I struggle changing the language of some Google searches. The thing is, I am totally OK with the default language, currently German. However certain topics, yield better results if I force results in English, hence I would love having a button like "Oops! This search would be better in X language". Setting the default to English is not an option, since that would decrease the quality of many of my searches. Some times, and some other topics, I also need an easy way to set other languages.

Until last year, I needed 8 clicks to change the search results language. Later it was improved to 5 clicks, but once time more again it has been moved to... oh well, who knows.

Is there any browser, with any plugging that can easily switch a search language and/or country of the search with one click? Or has that feature been implemented in any other search engine? Ever?

NOTE: I already know I can change the language with a parameter in the URL, and it is what I usually do. However that tends to be cumbersome, even if I add the country change. I am looking for a more reasonable solution.
