My name is Cherie and I have been on Facebook since 2009. I have never had any problems. Yesterday I tried to login and there was a message saying " We've received feedback that your account may not be real. Facebook is a community where people share and interact using their real identities. To prove my identity I had to give a name to a picture of a bunch of my friends. I did that and everything was fine. Later that day I login again and it said it again but this time it was gonna text my phone with a confirmation number. The trouble is I did not update my new phone number and it is sending confirmation number to my old phone. There was an option where I could send my id and so i did. I then got an email saying I have to send it again. So I went through the login process again to input my id and I also emailed it to The Facebook Team . I have sent my ID to be validated 3 times and I now got an email links to youe help desk. I just keep getting automated replies. I have not heard anything since. Then my friends try to go on my page it looks like I don't even have a Facebook account. I am not a fake person, I only have this account. I am not doing anything illegal or against Facebook's guidelines. Can you please help me. Facebook is my lifeline to my friends and family. Thank you for your time.
