Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm an System Administrator for various customers. I need a website (like dokuwiki) where I can store sensitive informations of the various servers. Like passwords.

Dokuwiki seems most suitable for my dokumentation needs, but not of a security point of view. I can serve the page via SSL and only for a couple of users accessible, but what if there is a bug in the software, or a ZeroDay exploit which led unwanted users on the server, the text is stored in plaintext on the server.

I searched for plugins to encrypt at least parts of the text, there are two plugins which neither are working correctly.

There has to be an wiki software outthere which encrypts the whole wiki? i just didnt find it yet, so please point me in the right direction.

TIA
