I need to share a URL, but I want the link to be there for a week, after a week, I want the link to expire.

Do you know of such a service?

There is Shout Key, but they only allow their short links to persist for 24 hours. Snip URL could also be a manual option. They let you edit your shortlinks.

The question is if the previous version will persist anywhere. –  Shimmy Mar 21 '13 at 22:27
Shout Key I know won't. They use common words and reassign them quickly. I haven't ever used Snip URL, so I can't vouch for their performance. –  cpilko Mar 21 '13 at 23:45

Pipnee has options to expire a link after a click, hour, day, or week. Afterwards the link/pic is deleted.
