Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I've gone about setting up a new email address, the one i'm signed on here with, and I picked out three friends to send codes to. I received two of them back, but the third friend deleted the email with the code and can't retrieve it. I've filed exactly 5 different reports and so far no response at all. I've checked my spam folder it's spotless.

What should I do?

Thanks for your answer, but what happens when Facebook changes their site structure or that link otherwise stops working? –  Al E. Jul 31 '13 at 14:01

I'm not sure of the relevance of the comment? Surely would be matter of searching Facebook help again? –  Si Philp Aug 1 '13 at 11:25

How else would you do it? Copy and paste content from the help page? My word. Well next time won't bother...... –  Si Philp Aug 2 '13 at 6:39

Actually, that's exactly what should be done. Take an excerpt from the page and link back to the source. Even How to Answer says: "Links to external resources are encouraged, but please add context around the link so your fellow users will have some idea what it is and why it’s there. Always quote the most relevant part of an important link, in case the target site is unreachable or goes permanently offline." –  Al E. Aug 2 '13 at 19:22
