I'm trying to cut down on the number of columns my spreadsheet has, to made it easier to pull data from, and to make the general appearance better.
What I'm trying to do is put two numbers in a single cell, then create an equation to pull that data (separately, and eventually add them).
I'll use cell C2 for my example.
I want to put 500 and 100 in C2, then when another sheet does vlookup, I want it to pull the 500, (apply some equation depending on the conditions), then add the 100.
For instance, I'll pull 500, multiple it by .80, then add the 100.
The reason I want it in one column is because there is going to be a lot of columns for different situations, and also to simply the other equations.
