I have been trying to reset and administrator password for my domain however I have been unable to. I have attempted following the instructions as per below link. however they appear to be out of date as the reset procedure is different to what is described.

It appears that a key part of these details no longer exist.

Reset your administrator password by domain verification

It appears to be completely missing and I cannot find any way to do this. I could easily do a CNAME reset however I cannot find how to do this.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you

Do you not have access to the administrator email? – batpigandme May 19 '13 at 15:55
No I do not. I know what it is though. I tried to reset that but is kept going on about a 'personal account' and needing to merge with the organisation account;which I couldn't do because it asked for the password. It the password reset will only reset the personal account rather that the organisational email account. I have moved the 'personal account' to a standard gmail account to see if this helped. but it didnt at all. I think google seem to of removed the option to reset an administrator passoword – dgibbs May 19 '13 at 16:10
@dgibbs - Did you get this solved? – Lynda Oct 13 '14 at 1:00
