Does anybody know of an web app that allows for the creation of "triage workflows" for call centers.

The idea is for a support staff to be able to go trough a predefined list of questions that are directed based on the answers.

I understand, but I actually did a lot of research. But all I can find are workflow apps, like (podio.com, kissflow.com or workflowexpress.net), and this is not what I need. I was hoping that since this is a web app related forum that the community might have a suggestion. Do you know of a better place to ask this question? – Ricardo Gomes 11 hours ago
