I am looking for an outliner web app, however it must have an iPhone version, ideally in the form of a native app - failing that, as an iPhone optimized website.

If it had a desktop client that would be even better.

I have seen http://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/1888/is-there-a-good-web-app-for-writing-and-sharing-outlines, however none of those offer iPhone clients from what I can see.

SplashNotes is close to what you're looking for. It's an iPhone outliner app that has syncable desktop companion apps for OSX and Windows.
