Now I'm searching a list of all languages, in sql, txt or xml format. Anybody have idea how to find it?

The most extensive and most authoritative compilation of names of human languages in different languages is the CLDR database. You can use the permalink http://unicode.org/cldr/charts/latest and access the By-Type charts, section Languages. The data is in XML format, described in the LDML specification.
