Let's say I have a twitter account A with zero followers and followings.

When I visit some other user timeline, called B , I can read some answers to his tweets made by people that I don't follow.

Let's say there's another account called C that doesn't follow me (A) or B but can also see other people replys to B

When I write to A (@reply or @mention) my tweets can't be seen by C When I start following A my messages still doesn't show on B timeline and C can't therefore read them when visiting B timeline

The people who reply to B and whose twits I can read at B timeline may be followers of B but B isn't following them back.

Soooo.... the question is : How can I make my replys or mentions or twits or whatever appear on B timeline so C can also read them ???

You can't. Unless C follows you. –  JMax Aug 2 '13 at 16:02
