I use Google Apps for Business to manage my calendar. I have shared my calendar with my two assistants and the nature of my work involves either me updating my calendar with a new appointment or my assistants who manage different streams of my work.
I have enabled SMS notifications for any new event or changed event in my calendar. My assistants have registered their mobile with Google as well. This is with the hope, that any time the three of us make an addition or change to my calendar, the remaining two would get a SMS notification.
Here is my challenge:
When I add a new appointment in my calendar, I get a SMS notification but my assistants don't, even though their numbers are registered and they have full rights for my calendar. So I am having to forward the SMS every time. How can I fix that?
