I'm trying to forward a “naked domain” I registered with Yahoo, like http://mydomain.com, to http://www.mydomain.com, where the www subdomain is handled by the Google platform.

However, Yahoo Domain management admin page complains:

The starting address and destination address could not be the same.

How can I work around this issue?

I think this question would probably be better off at Webmasters. – Al E. Nov 7 '13 at 13:58
You can probably do this by modifying your htaccess. – Charles Nov 7 '13 at 19:27
