Ideally, I want to vote up or down an article and the app learns about what sort of stories I like and dislike and shows me more news accordingly. Does such a web app exist?

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:

  • "Questions seeking application recommendations are off-topic unless they detail what has already been tried and rejected. Describe your situation and the specific problem you're trying to solve." – Jacob Jan Tuinstra, Al E., Alex, Eight Days of Malaise, codingbadger
If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

If you are interested in feed aggregation which learns your preferences, NewsBlur does training; on individual entries within, you can select Train This Story. When enough training is done, entries of a similar nature will be marked differently from other entries, helping you go to those interesting topics first.
