So I know how to make canned responses, trigger automatic responses by setting up a search criteria however the problem I have is this:

I've just built a new website for my company and the contact form I use sends the details to my email in this form:

8:31 PM (2 hours ago)

to me
You have a new message:
Via: http://www.mywebsite.com/
Message Details:
Name :XXXX
Date : XX/XX/XX
Start & Finish Times : XX - XX
Venue Address : XXXXXXXX
Function Type & Additional Information : XXXXXXXXX

As shown, I receive the emails from a no-reply email address so when I set up and automatic response, it sends it to the no-reply email and not the customer’s email address which is contained within the email.

Is it possible to get Gmail to send an email automatically to the email address within the no-reply emails?

Not with Gmail all by itself. You might be able to do something with a Google Script. – Al E. Dec 29 '13 at 23:12
