Twitter is blocked in my country so I need something like Tor to pass the filtering. I have installed mobileTor (the version of Tor compatible with iOS) for this purpose, but the Twitter app tells me that there is a network problem and whenever I try Safari to login I get this error:

Forbidden (Rate Limit Exceeded)

I have no problem opening other blocked sites.
I have a jailbroken iPhone4.
I use mobileTerminal to run and configure Tor and Polipo.

This means that too much people are using the API from that particular IP (which is the IP of the Tor Exit Node), the only way to use Twitter is to use their mobile website which doesn't have rate-limiting.

More info about Twitter's API rate-limiting here.

The network has a IPsec that you must disable.
