Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

My purpose is to conduct 5 events, namely 1,2,3,4,5 say ...

I'm using a Google form to accept responses from people. Emails are sent to people automatically and they can register for more than 1 event.

Say "A" registers in the #1,2 events and B registers for the #1,2,3 events. I'm using formlimiter to limit total number of registrations to 250 and for each event there is a limit of 50.

I used "Sort Form responses" so I can sort people based on events in separate sheets, but if people register in more than 1 event, Google creates sheets based on events like:

                    A B
[A should appear in 1 and 2 , B should appear in 1 and 2 and 3]

1[Sheet 1] 1,2[Sheet 2] 1,2,3[sheet 3] 2[sheet 4] 3 , 4 ,5

A person registering for 2 events say #1,2 aren't appearing in 1 and 2 event sheets(individual sheet of the event) this makes it tough to count the number of people registered for individual event.

Is there any fix for this? If people register for all then it makes a list like 1,2,3,4,5 and only 1 person's name is there in it.

I can individually copy the fields in 1,2 to Event 1 and Event 2 lists using a script. If people register in all 5 then I'll copy the files to all 5 events list using a script. Can someone tell me how to do it? Also, let me know if there is any other way to get all participants in a single event.
