I'm looking for a web service that will allow me to deduplicate 2 CSVs.

I'm looking for a web service that allows me to upload 2 CSVs, specify which column in each should be the basis for the de-duplication, which document should be de-duplicated, and then spit out a new 'deduplicated' CSV.

I know this can be done in Excel, but I'm looking for a web based turnkey solution for people without Excel know-how

EDIT: Here's an example:

So, file 1 has these rows:

"Bob", "Jones", "bob@jones.com"
"Jane", "Doe", "jane@yahoo.com"
"Andrew", "Jackson", "aj@potus.com"
"Josiah", "Bartlett", "jb@j-b.net"

And file 2 has these rows:

"Bob", "Jones", "bob@jones.com"
"Amy", "Curtis", "amy@yahoo.com"
"Andrew", "Jackson", "aj@potus.com"
"Samuel", "Jackson", "slj@bamf.com"

Using the email columns as the basis for comparison, and File 2 as the base, I'd want it to output:

"Amy", "Curtis", "amy@yahoo.com"
"Samuel", "Jackson", "slj@bamf.com"

So you want to combine two CSVs, removing items with the same value in a particular column in the process? –  Gelatin Sep 1 '10 at 15:13

Yes. I'll edit the question to provide an example. –  Yahel Sep 1 '10 at 15:24

It's a one time job.. or you have to do it all over again? Because even if someone doesn't have Excel... there is always a Google Spreadsheets (docs.google.com) –  Lipis Sep 1 '10 at 15:40

Sadly, its a repeat job. I don't want to go as far as to create the service myself, but if no one knows of a turnkey solution, I might have to. –  Yahel Sep 1 '10 at 16:42
