Listing starred items per tag / per source?

Question

As i know there's no simple option for listing starred items per tag (feed source). I tried a lot of things to trick Google Reader's search bar like tag=ps3, or simply [ps3] none of them worked.

Is it possible i cannot list my starred items optionally?

The star basically acts as another tag for reader purposes. I don't think it's possible.
