Best Twitter tool/application for auto-tweets?

Question

I am looking for a tool or web application that will automatically tweet new stuff that has just been posted on several blogs. Let's say that on some blog has just appeared new post. That app should tweet about that post from my Twitter account.

Any help?

You can further enhance this sort of automation by combining feeds into one feed using Yahoo Pipes. Simply log in to your Yahoo Account (or sign up if you don't have one), Create A New Pipe, drag the Fetch Feed item (in the sources category) onto the page, specify the RSS feed's URL, click the "+" image to add as many more feeds as you want, then click the round circle at the bottom of the box and drag it to the Pipe Output box to create a merged feed. Once you save it and run it there will be options to Get As RSS. Use that RSS link to feed feedburner.

You can se FeedBurner to Tweet new posts.

I like using TwitterFeed. You give it an RSS feed, and it will tweet a custom message (such as "New Blog Post:") followed by a link to the need post.
