How to delete your online identity on multiple sites?

Well before any mods remove this (or mark it irrelevant), I'd like to say that this is a detail oriented question so please read. If this needs to be on a different stack-site, please move it.

I'm a pretty savvy user when it comes to web apps. I almost register on everything new coming out and it's usually not checked back after a few days. Lately, I've started to feel a bit odd about this and want to get rid of al the logins and credentials associated with my email address or username. I'm wondering if there's any good sites that would help me manage this, meaning delete my information and let me know if I'm registered anywhere with a particular email address?

This could be multiple tools, free or paid.

Every now and then I just google my common online usernames/aliases and my e-mail address and this tends to give me a good list of sites I'm on. You might get the odd duplicate username on some forums but for me it's useful to keep an eye on things.

For tracking sites I don't know of such a service, although keepass can remember passwords and websites.

You can use namechk.com to check multiple websites at once to see where your username is registered.

I tag all my account confirmation emails in GMail so I can always just go through that tag to see what sites I've registered on.
