On my work Google Apps account, the Google Talk gadget in Gmail (or any other browser interface) shows a different profile picture to the Google Talk desktop application and to my image as shown in Gmail settings.
I have tried the obvious things: clicking the picture itself to 'Change Picture', updating the image in Gmail settings and the desktop application.
I have cleared cookies, cache, etc, but I still get the problem even when I log in using different browsers or on different machines.
Help!
